By creating an account or using zerohand you agree to these terms.
The service
zerohand generates short-form video content and publishes it to social accounts you connect, according to settings you choose. Features may change as the service develops.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You are responsible for activity in your account and for keeping sign-in methods secure.
- You must only connect social accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
Your content and responsibilities
- You are responsible for content published through your account, including compliance with each platform’s terms, advertising disclosure rules (such as marking affiliate content), and the terms of any affiliate program you promote.
- You must not use zerohand to publish misleading claims, including unsubstantiated income or health claims, or content that infringes others’ rights.
- You keep ownership of your content. You grant us a license to process it only as needed to run the service.
Third-party platforms
Publishing depends on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and other third-party services. We are not responsible for their availability, policy changes, or actions they take on your accounts, including reach limits or suspensions.
zerohand uses YouTube API Services. By using those features you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of your information is described in the Google Privacy Policy, and you can revoke zerohand’s access at any time from the Google security settings page.
No earnings guarantee
zerohand is a tool. We make no promise that using it will generate income, followers or sales.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or put the service or platforms at risk.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes by email or in the app.
