Data deletion

You can delete all data zerohand holds about you at any time.

Delete it yourself

Sign in, open Settings, and use Delete account. This immediately and permanently deletes your account, workspace, channels, connected-account tokens and history.

Disconnect a single platform

Sign in, open Settings, and disconnect the platform. We revoke and delete the access token immediately, and delete the profile, content and analytics data obtained from that platform — within 7 days for data obtained through YouTube API Services, and within 30 days for other platforms.

Revoke access from the platform

You can also cut zerohand’s access from the platform’s own settings, without signing in to zerohand. We detect the revocation and delete the associated data within 30 days.

• YouTube and Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions → zerohand → Remove access.
• TikTok: Profile → Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions → zerohand → Remove.
• Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → zerohand → Remove.
• Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → zerohand → Remove, then request deletion. We delete your data automatically and give you a confirmation code you can check on this page.

Disconnecting inside zerohand is faster: data obtained through YouTube API Services is deleted within 7 days rather than 30.

By email

Email ibrahim@getzerohand.com from your account email with the subject “Delete my data”. We complete requests within 30 days.

What this does not do

Deleting your zerohand data does not delete anything held by the platforms themselves. Videos already published to your TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or YouTube account stay there until you remove them on that platform. Deleting data from zerohand does not in any way affect data stored by YouTube or Google.
